If you are not 100% satisfied, we will return to your location and meet your requested needs.  We want your future business, and will go to any lengths to please you. *Guarantee is void after 5 business days. Rain Policy If it rains within 24 hours of your service, we are more than happy to return and touch up any affected windows.  We simply require a $25 trip fee….whether it is for partial touch ups or to redo the entire location. When light precipitation is forecasted, Mella Window & Carpet Cleaning intends on completing your services.  However, if worse weather is expected, we will call you and discuss different options.  At a minimum, we will complete any interior requests as scheduled.
