will return to your location and meet your requested needs. We want
your future business, and will go to any lengths to please you.

Rain Policy
If it rains within 24 hours of your service, we
are more than happy to return and touch up any affected windows. We
simply require a $25 trip fee….whether it is for partial touch ups or
to redo the entire location.
When light
precipitation is forecasted, Mella Window Cleaning intends on
completing your services. However, if worse weather is expected, we
will call you and discuss different options. At a minimum, we will
complete any interior requests as scheduled.
