How much does your service cost?

Every job we complete is unique. Two identical buildings or homes may require a significantly different scope of work in order to satisfy the customer. Contact us, and we’ll get you a quote as soon as possible. We will either come to you or do our best to estimate your needs over the phone.

Do you accept Credit Card Payments?

Yes we do. We have credit card payment options available on our Home Page or on our Services page.

Do we work in the cold?

WE LOVE THE COLD! Mella Window & Carpet Cleaning can take care of your needs all year long.

How about Saturdays?

Absolutely, however they fill up quickly. Please schedule your Saturday service as far in advance as possible.

How often do I need my windows cleaned?

Many residential customers request having services performed 3-4 times per year, while retail storefronts typically prefer every other week. Here are a few things to consider when deciding how often you want your windows cleaned;

Is there construction going on near my home/location?
Is my store on a busy street?
How often are the kids pressing their faces against the windows to be funny?
And simply, how clean do I like my windows?

Can I have just the exterior windows cleaned?

Yes, Mella Window & Carpet Cleaning will clean as little or as much as you desire. For example,

Do you have a sunroom that needs more attention than the rest of the house?
Would you like the exterior cleaned every visit, but the interior every other visit?

Absolutely yes!

How do my windows get dirty?

Interior: Fingerprints, your puppy’s nose, splattered food from the kitchen sink - we all know how our interior windows become dirty.
Exterior: Surprisingly, rain isn’t the primary cause of your exterior windows becoming dirty. Instead, dirt and other day-to-day particles become settled on your windows. When it rains, the settled dirt becomes dislodged and spreads over the window. This is when you typically begin to notice that your windows are dirty. How often do I need my carpets cleaned?

Most of our residential customers have service at least two times per year. The level of activity in your home (kids, pets, traffic, etc) will ultimately determine how often you need your carpets cleaned. .

How long will it take for carpets to dry?

Different types of carpet/material will require different lengths of time. Our goal is for your carpet to be dry in 6-8 hours or less. .
